This site is dedicated to the promotion and online sale of cosmetic products marketed by Le Chioccioline srls.
Purchases made on www.lechioccioline.com are governed by these general conditions of sale, which may be modified at any time by Le Chioccioline srls with effect from publication on the site. Sending the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the conditions of sale published on the site at that time. Le Chioccioline srls observes the legislation on distance contracts referred to in the articles. 50 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, as well as that relating to electronic commerce pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003. These general conditions must be considered an integral and substantial part of the contract.
Le Chioccioline srls invites the Customer to carefully read the conditions below, and to print them and/or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.
Art. 1 Definitions
1.1 - The expression "online sales contract" means the purchase and sale contract relating to tangible movable goods marketed by Le Chioccioline srls, stipulated between it and the consumer, as part of a remote sales system using telematic tools , organized by Le Chioccioline srls.
1.2 – The expression “Customer” means the consumer, a natural person who makes the purchase referred to in this contract, for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity carried out by the same.
Art. 2 Object of the contract
2.1 – With this contract, respectively, Le Chioccioline srls sells and the Customer purchases remotely, via telematic tools, the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.lechioccioline.com.
2.2 – The products referred to in the previous point are illustrated on the website www.lechioccioline.com and described in the relevant information sheets; the image accompanying a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in colour, size and accessory products.
2.3 – These general conditions of sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products carried out by third parties who use direct links to the website www.lechioccioline.com through banners or other hyperlinks. Le Chioccioline srls cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the provision of services promised by third parties or for the execution of electronic commerce transactions between Le Chioccioline srls customers and third parties.
2.4 – Le Chioccioline srls reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Customers", as well as any other order that does not adhere to the commercial policy of Le Chioccioline srls.
Art. 3 Stipulation and conclusion of the contract
3.1 – The contract between Le Chioccioline srls and the Customer is concluded via the Internet by accessing the Customer at the address www.lechioccioline.com, where, following the procedures indicated, the Customer will formalize the proposal for the purchase of the goods referred to in points 2.1 and 2.2 of the previous article.
3.2 – The purchase contract is concluded by completing the following procedure, which can always be corrected, modified and cancelled, up until the order is sent:
- by accessing the website www.lechioccioline.com the Customer, after registering for the purchase, must add the desired products to the cart, complete all the subsequent pages, following the instructions, and electronically transmit the page with all the data to Le Chioccioline srls personal and purchase order;
- the order page contains a link to these general conditions of sale and also contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including VAT), the type of payment you have chosen for the purchase, the conditions for the delivery of the products, the contributions required for delivery and transport as well as references to the general terms and conditions for the return of products purchased online;
3.3 – The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Le Chioccioline srls only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any error messages being highlighted by the website, and after sending by part of Le Chioccioline srls to the Customer with an order confirmation email. The email contains the details of the Customer and the order, a summary of the general and specific conditions applicable to the contract, the price of the goods purchased, the chosen means of payment, the transport costs and the shipping address to which the order will be sent. goods. 3.6 – The contract stipulated between Le Chioccioline srls and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Le Chioccioline srls. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.
4 Payment methods
4.1 – The accepted payment methods are as follows:
- CREDIT CARD – Credit cards from the major international circuits and prepaid and rechargeable cards issued by banking institutions present in Italy and part of the circuits: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discovery are accepted through the Stripe payment gateway.
- APPLE PAY – It is possible to pay through Apple Pay only by browsing the site from an Apple device configured for payments.
- BANK TRANSFER – In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed following verification of the actual crediting of the sum due to the current account held in the name of Le Chioccioline srls.
4.2 – In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested products, Le Chioccioline srls undertakes not to charge the Customer the corresponding price. In the event that the order has already been transmitted and the price has already been paid for the items that are no longer available, Le Chioccioline srls will refund the Customer the entire amount paid for those items.
4.3 – All orders, before being processed, are subjected to authenticity checks directly by the relevant credit card issuing institutions, to protect the customer. If, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sales process will be automatically canceled and the sale will be resolved pursuant to art. 1456 cc The Customer will be informed via email communication.
4.4 – Communications relating to payment and the data communicated by the Customer when this is made take place on special protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided by the payment circuits.
Art. 5 Delivery methods
5.1 – Le Chioccioline srls will deliver the products purchased via express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, as confirmed in the summary email referred to in point 3.3
5.2 – Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Le Chioccioline srls undertakes to deliver the products in the shortest time possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
5.3 – The goods shipped will be checked and delivered to the shipper intact and without defects. Le Chioccioline srls cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays or damage attributable to the fault of the shipper.
5.4 – If the ordered goods are refused, Le Chioccioline srls will charge the Customer for the return transport costs.
Art. 6 Responsibility
6.1 – Le Chioccioline srls assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the Internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract. 6.2 Le Chioccioline srls will also not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the Customer following failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to it, and unless they depend on acts or omissions of Le Chioccioline srls, the Customer having the right only to full refund of the price paid and any additional charges incurred.
6.3 – Le Chioccioline srls cannot be held responsible for the information, data and any technical or other inaccuracies that may be contained in the site, if they have been communicated by third parties and have been verified by Le Chioccioline srls according to ordinary criteria diligence.
6.4 – Le Chioccioline srls assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products, if it demonstrates that it has adopted all possible precautions based on ordinary diligence.
Art. 7 Right of withdrawal
7.1 – Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating in the order form to Le Chioccioline srls a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase itself, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the product, by sending a certified e-mail to lechiocciolinesrls@legalmail.it, or a registered letter with return receipt to Le Chioccioline srls – Via Tosco Romagnola, 1242 – 56021 Cascina (PI), Italy
7.2 – The withdrawal will be valid only for products that have remained intact, for which, once returned, according to the methods indicated above, the customer will be refunded the price paid.
In any case, the deadline for returning the product to La Chioccioline srls is 10 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. For the purposes of the validity of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact (therefore not opened, tampered with, adulterated), and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).
7.3 – Le Chioccioline srls will accept the returned goods, subject to contesting the integrity of the product; within 14 days of the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Le Chioccioline srls will return the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the product by bank transfer to the Iban indicated by the Customer.
7 – bis “Satisfied or Reimbursed” Promotion

8 Delivery
8.1 – Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
